What are the most important things to pack for R4?

  • COMFORTABLE SHOES.
  • Pain reliever.
  • Watch or step tracker.
  • Did I mention comfy shoes? Ladies, don't pack heels for conference days. New shoes are not a good idea.
  • You might want heels for our dinners or nights out.
  • Pack epsom salt, foot soaks or bath bombs - your feet will thank you.

Clothing

We recommend dressing in layers as the conference rooms are sometimes chilly.

  • Keep in mind that you rarely go outside.  However, you will walk outside to and from the conference center and you walk to the Welcome Reception. 
  • Pack a coat as the temperatures range from 34° - 79°
  • Pack a bathing suit for the 79° day.  The pool is heated.
  • We will provide you with 2 different RE/MAX Legends t-shirts for 2 days of the 3 day conference.
  • Pack pants, shoes, and a coat or some type of coat or cardigan for the conference classrooms. 
  • The conference is business casual.
  • Pack a nicer outfit for Legends Night Out. But still with comfortable shoes as the neon graveyard is outdoors.

Economy Parking -

There are three different areas: North, South and West. The North and South areas are really close from the parking decks.

Park/Ride Lots A & C -

It is connected with both terminals, North and South. There is a shuttle bus service that goes and comes back from the parking lot to the domestic terminal.

Keeping up to date

These apps and groups are a must to keep up to date with what's happening with our group at the event.  As R4 gets closer there will be more on their pages on Facebook and the R4 app.

There are several groups- referral network, social people, party people, etc. Search R4 and join any that apply to you.

Download SLACK

We will have a group chat on slack at the conference so you can easily communicate with everyone from Legends that is at the conference.

Slack uses wi-fi and or cell service. You can also download a desktop app to message from your laptop.

Once you arrive...

  • If you booked a room through Legends take an Uber, Lyft or cab to the MGM Signature.


  • If you plan to go shopping for food you might want to rent an AVIS rental car. They have pick up and drop off at the airport and the MGM. So, you have the ability to get to the hotel and spend one day shopping for about the same as an Uber and grocery delivery. When choosing this option, you might want to become a premiere member you will be able to get your car without standing in a dreadful line. However, you do need to find an AVIS here and show them your photo ID.


  • Once at the MGM Signature, you will find us (via text, slack, call or smoke signal - Preferably the first 3 options). We will have your room number and keys.


  • Next up, find your room and settle in



Conference Day Reminders

  • It is a 1/4 mile walk to where our morning meeting is located from our hotel. It could take 20 mins to walk there and then you want to get there early to get seats. So plan to leave your room 40mins before any of our sessions. Leave even earlier if you want coffee.


  • Speaking of coffee. There are 3 places to get coffee in the morning. Starbucks, a coffee shop in the Signature building #2 and regular coffee at the conference center.


  • The open and closing ceremonies are in the the Garden Arena. All your classes will be located in the  Fed Ex Conference Center

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Live Auction and Ice Cream Social

Included with R4 registrations

4:30 PM – 6:30 PM


It’s all about the kids. Stop by the RE/MAX Marketplace and show your support, whether you place a bid or just watch the action. This feel-good event combines an exciting live auction with a sweet ice cream social. Bid items include once-in-a-lifetime trips, signature events, fine art and more. All proceeds benefit CMN Hospitals.

Swing over to Topgolf Las Vegas to kick off R4 2022. Topgolf is a premier entertainment destination where patrons can reconnect with colleagues and friends in a casual and fun environment over cocktails and appetizers. Featured Morning Super Session

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

We try and sit together in a group for all larger sessions.  Try and arrive 20 minutes early as they start promptly on time. 

Also consider there is a 15 minute walk to the event.

Coffee and Hot Tea are served outside all Morning Sessions.  Pro-tip,  do not stop at the first one, it will be the most packed.  There are

several stations around ,  just go right or left and find the next one.

Zac Brown is the founder, front man and lead vocalist for the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band (ZBB). The southern rock band became stars in the late 2000s on the strength of the number one country hits "Chicken Fried" and "Toes," songs that seemed like throwbacks to the country-rock of the '70s. For a while, ZBB continued in that vein, scoring another breezy, beachy hit with "Knee Deep" and underscoring their '70s singer/songwriter heritage with the warm, burnished ballad "Colder Weather." However, soon, the group proved themselves to be a restless jam band, as eager to crank up the amps as they were to ride a supple groove.
